Suzana Cohen has a PhD in Communication and Culture (Trend and Technology Studies), a Masters’ Degree in Linguistics (Online Advertising) and a Bachelor’s in Social Communication (Advertising).
She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of trend analysis, marketing and media in the digital era. Suzana is a global citizen. She has established herself in Portugal, where she works with research, consultancy and trend analysis. She has provided services to various sectors, such as Education, Automotive, Legal, Mining, Retail, Food, Fashion, Startups, among others.
Suzana Cohen is a consultant and editor at The Sighthound and coordinates the Trends and Culture Management Lab (University of Lisbon). She has worked with colleagues from the Netherlands, Spain, Brazil and Poland. She has more than 10 years of experience as a university professor, in subjects such as Trends, Media in the Digital Age, Digital Communications and Creative Industries. Her doctoral thesis was one of the first in Trend Studies and she is one of the professionals responsible for designing Trend Studies at an academic level in Lisbon. He was Managing Editor of Trends Observer, an international trend mapping platform; in addition to being the founder of Über Trends, a Trends Research Laboratory and creative space, focused on continuing education and creative industries / local creatives.
